    Registration fees include:
    • Participation in all scientific sessions
    • All printed Congress materials
    • Entrance to the Exhibition
    • Coffee breaks as per times scheduled in the scientific program
    • Lunch buffet Monday and Tuesday.

    As Trainee or Nurse, you benefit from dedicated and reduced rates, a proof of status is required. It can be a copy of your work card or a letter from your Head of Department.

    I need an invitation to obtain travel grants, visa, etc. and does not imply any commitment of the Congress Administration to provide financial support.

  • Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
    • Cancellations received until and including June 4, 2018 - full refund
    • Cancellations received between June 4 and September 4, 2018 - 50% will be refunded 
    • From September 4, 2018 – no refund will be made
    Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, 30€ fees will not be refunded, applicable for all payments.
